As a small, grassroots organization, Bakashana prides itself in effectively, honestly utilizing our donations and grants to reach truly deserving, vulnerable women in our Community. We live and work with our sisters in Kasama, using their feedback and participation to design and implement programs which accurately empower Zambian Women. We are proud to share our financial statements as a matter of transparency, accountability, and as an assurance to our Donors that our grassroots approach ensures that each Dollar donated makes real impact in the lives of those who need and deserve assistance.
Bakashana is a 501(c)3 non-profit charity registered in the United States, and also a Not-For-Profit Company registered with the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) in Zambia.
*Please note: these financial statements have not been audited due to the humble size of our organization and the prohibitive cost of an audit. We would eagerly welcome a pro bono (donated) audit – please Contact Us for more information.
